Masengu Kanyinda

Masengu is an Austrian musical theatre performer whose work spans the stage, TV and film.

ABOUT ME

Masengu received formal education in musical theatre in Vienna from 2013 to 2016, earning a diploma from the Austrian Stage Commission and her school, the Performing Academy. She has since worked in numerous productions across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland, consistently being cast in lead roles such as Anita in West Side Story, Dionne in Hair, and Cover Zahara in Bat Out Of Hell. A big personal milestone was her 2023 performance at the O2 Arena in London as part of Disney 100: The Concert. Masengu expanded her acting skills through workshops, including a 12-week Meisner intensive at the Actor’s Studio (Berlin) and a 9-week camera acting seminar at the Coaching Company (Berlin). She has also appeared in international TV commercials and various short films.
